Help Our School!

There are many ways that you can help support our school. From simple things like collecting Campbell's Soup Labels and Box Tops for Education, to participating in our Lucky Hearts Raffle or helping out with the Great Pumpkin Race, there is an opportunity for everyone.

These are the major fundraising efforts for our school

• Lucky Hearts Raffle
  
  It's time to start our 6th Annual Lucky Hearts Club membership drive. Outside of our continuous SCRIP efforts, the Pumpkin Run and Lucky Hearts Club membership drive are our two major fundraising projects each year. We really need to make the most of them and the way we have the Lucky Hearts Club organized, it has the potential to net our school over $27,000 in a very short time period.
  
  Proceeds from previous membership drives have been used to invest in capital improvements to the school in addition to funding other items and services that help to keep our school running in top form for our students.
  
  If we are able to reach our fundraising goal through the Lucky Hearts Club memberships, we will not have any other fundraising activities except for:
  • Pumpkin Run - builds community and school spirit
  • Book Fair - promotes reading and education
  • SCRIP - there is nothing to "sell" and the patron receives 100% of the monies spent
  • Nina Fritz portraits - provides a great value with 100% of funds donated to school
  
  That means no pizza sales, no wrapping paper, no magazines, etc...

All of the monies raised through these efforts will be directed to the following activities/projects:

• Supplements to the Capital Improvement Fee to pay for school capital improvements (i.e. air conditioners, computers, copiers, science equipment, carpets, playground equipment, etc...)
• Funds for other building maintenance repairs
• Library books and equipment
• Band and music equipment
• Athletic programs
• Classroom "mad money" for teachers to buy miscellaneous items needed in the classroom (i.e. bulletin board items, teaching aids, etc...)
• Mission projects
• Student Council Activities such as Middle School Dances
• Eighth Grade Graduation Trip


• Annual Great Pumpkin Race
• Sacred Heart Cathedral School Golf Classic
• Scrip

  Great News! You can now use just one card when you shop at Albertson's. If you have an Albertson's Preferred Savings Card, you can go to the Albertson's website and add our school to your Commmunity Partners list.
